My fantasy setting is based on Middle-Eastern Culture, Mythology, and even inspired by historical events. The story is about a boy born in a time of chaos, corruption, and wars between the nine kingdoms of Araby (8 currently) . A boy with no destiny or prophecy set in stone. As he grows and began to learn the cruelty of the land he's set upon, he will forge his own destiny from the ground up to unite all realms of Araby under one banner. Either diplomatically, or by force.

Even if he did, he will face new challenges outside of Araby, be it other rival kingdoms, states, nations, empires, or hordes based on their own culture, mythologies, and more.

I decide to make this set because there are so many fantasies inspired by European, and East-Asian folklores, so to make mine unique, I have to based mine on something different. Feel free to check it out if you're interested:

I have two specific fantasy worlds with a lot of world building. One is where my comic and a few other unwritten stories is set. It mainly takes place on this island that’s magical prison, sealed off from the rest of the world. A place that can be entered, but never left. Magic in this world is somewhat like coding in a way. It takes a while to actually craft a spell, but it is possible to make trigger words to activate the “code”

My other fantasy world is quite different. Much less grounded. While the other is supposed to take place in a “fantasy earth” with certain elements based on real world stuff, this one is all over the place. The land on this planet is all in a big Pangea type landmass, known as “The Continent.” And it’s moon spins around the planet at almost the same speed, but just off enough that it crosses the Continent ever hundred something years, bringing devastating tides to the coasts and magical disruptions in the path of the eclipse. The civilizations in this world are quite mixed. Some have technology resembling the 1950s era while others are very rural and industrially stagnant, due to the difficulty it takes for people and ideas to travel across the monster infested plains. Both of the main stories I have in this world are specifically about people traveling through said monster infested plains.

The fantasy world that I've created in my story centers on a mix of East Asian and Southeast Asian cultures, monarchy, cultivation magic, mythology, cultural folklores, and narratives changing/being distorted over time depending on the narrator. It metaphorically explores the history of my people and colonialism in rapid successions.

Everything in this world reflects my nomadic lifestyle and the ways of my people: trying to be part of a world that keeps omitting your history/traumas/narrative, trying to find a permanent home, and finding that sometimes, family doesn't always mean being blood-related. And sometimes, those who call themselves your family--are everything a family is not.

Some people from that world have weird hair and eye colors. They were born that way. And usually, they're magic users.

It's a turbulent world. Revolving door between gangstas and governments.

Some gangstas have magic users among them...

But predominantly it's organized military who has the strongest magic users...

Of course... the strongest magic users that comprise special forces... get sent to missions on earth sometimes... these guys were sent to capture Cedrick the Brood Knight...

Who is briefly mentioned in AngHell Dela Blackpill...

So let's power level scale...
Akala > Brood Knight > platoon of elite magic users > gangstas > regular humans

Yeah. It's really an incredibly complex plot... that's been built layer upon layer since a long time ago

Dream Goddess Chronicles is located within this girl's head and every alien is based around her personality.

The daytime segments are written/drawn in a Diary of a Wimpy Kid fashion whereas the nighttime segments are written from her teddy bear priest's perspective (and structured like the Bible).

The music of that game series is amazing. There’s not one single track that ceases to amaze me.

Funnily enough I never played a single game. My brother played all of them though. I always loved the music of the Zelda series

I think video game music should be studied by classically trained musicians and should be in the repertoire

My fantasy world is based around phants, a divergent strand of human with fantastical humans. throughout history they have been called mermaids, fairies, fauns, etc. and made their way into much human literature and art in the form of people like the Pied Piper and the lady of the lake. These people live amongst humans but are protected by the government from poachers and kidnappers who would taxidermy them or force them to be part of freak shows.

My personality? I don't know lol. I am a very stubborn artist/author who insists on doing everything I set my mind to, even when it is extremely impractical. My brother describes me with the song "formidable" by twenty one pilots, "you are formidable to me, cuz you seem to know it where you want to go."

Okay I wrote a fantasy story when I was in high school. It was called Tera and the Scale Saver. It was about a princess who falls in love with an elf wizard named Saber.

Tera had red hair and blue eyes and she cut her hair after gaining her freedom. At that time I really wanted short hair like Joan of Arch.

Saber went through a lot of changes in design. I think he was human at first but then I changed him to be an elf.
Maybe he was half elf half human but I don’t remember.

In her world her father the king is afraid of dragons because of a tragic accident he had and he lost a friend. So he banished dragons and deemed them dangerous.

I don’t remember what the story was about but it was heavily influenced by the geography of Ireland and some of England. The work was heavily influenced by what I was learning in World History class at that time when we started learning about the Middle Ages.

Turned out science fiction was more of my shtick. I might get back to it someday but who knows. I like dragons too.

So the kingdom or island was called Flarelore with a few floating islands surrounding it.
The currency is called Scalks which is made from gemstones and not metal
