A passerby because the other propositions won't work.
Things like advisor friend, supporting character etc I don't have space for one or would need to change the story a lot.
Couch potato or pet would not bring anything to the story, so what the point?
MC love interest, well, he's a teen and I'm older than his parents. NO!

A passerby is nice, it does not impact the story, it does not add unnecessary material, but it has a fun easter egg facet, actually I may do that, that'd be fun.

Technically I am in my comic... I think??? as an enigma that interviews the characters to get information to write the story they're in. I share documentation/files I s̶t̶o̶l̶e̶ found with the viewer.

I'd love to be the love interest, as the MC is super nice and would be a great partner, but I don't really like guys, plus I based some of his personality off of me and that'd be weird.
I wouldn't really want to be an animal, being a human is way cooler. But also the MC's pet kinda dies so yeah, I don't wanna be them.
There are already way too many supporting characters, don't want to add another to the crowd.
Isn't the antagonist's foe just the protagonist? I guess that could work.
Honestly I'm already a couch potato, so that'd be pretty boring. I'd want to actually do something in that story, since the world is so cool!
If I were some random passerby, I'd probably either die in a large conflict, or have an extremely boring life. I do intend to add in my sona to the background crowds, though.

So I pick MC's friend, since that seems like the best option.

I would be a passerby. I’m not sure if I’d be passing by during any of the slow bits of the story, or if I’d be trying to escape destruction during a fighting scene. Either way, I’d probably trip while in shot of the camera.
