Like the title says, if your work had an anime, which would it's opening be? And why?
It would probably be something like the opening to "Orange" or "Your Lie in April" where you get to see the characters and stuff, but it doesn't tell a lot about where the story goes, so as not to spoil anything.
For Kindred Not, it would be SpyXFamily. Hadn't actually heard of that show until after I started making my comic. But the found family trope kinda reminds me of my OCs.
I'm thinking something like Kana Boon or Slapshock. Maybe Greyhoundz or Daddy Yankee. lol It just have to sound edgy and badass hard-core.
Probably something like a sitcom opening to "spooky" Halloween music. Like a Friends episode where they get haunted or something
For my novel, Dimensional Detective, I think this anime opening would suit it perfectly, the action and characters would go well with the music and the scenes in the opening.
This would definitely be the opening theme to my comic if I had my way. Considering my comic is centered around a supernatural combat sport.
Quite literally assigned all of my characters anime openings when I was brainstorming. Specifically, for Libum, I listened to a LOT of Vinland Saga (I also got a lot of inspo from it. Angry kid who witnesses the death of a loved one and is raised by a chaotic Death God?) Survive Said the Prophet thank you for all of the inspo.
