I'm a young writer who's been making stories for basically my whole life. the story and art direction i envision is a bit different from what you would usually see in manga. I have the chapter one script finished, and I'm fine with doing with storyboarding to help get the message across to you as the artist.

Have you tried looking on Fiverr for an artist? There's a lot of professional anime artists there.
