I think that your advantage is that you have short episodes and your comic is a type of "slice of life". This doesn't really need continuity. You have more space for experimentation. In fact the way you color (or not color) helps to emphasize the situation.
I have a comic that follows a long story and it would look weird if we are reading a fight scene and some pages are black and white, the next are in color and I post an update with experimental sketch rough lines.
In my case I need continuity.
In your case, I think that variation gives the project more interesting art.
