Make a listing and you'll get bombarded with people applying. It's extremely useful for finding folks. Just make sure to show them respect, give them proper credit, and be clear if it's paid/unpaid/so forth.
Eh, I try to keep my professional stuff separate from my comic stuff. The game industry is very... how do I put it. Bigoted? lol. There are elements of my life that would/have genuinely impacted getting jobs in my earlier years and I just don't want to deal with that again.
I've worked on a lot of games, but I've also made my own. It's more a career thing than a single project thing.
