I'm thinking of going for a more episodic style for my series

I could make serialized with a story with begining middle and end or I could do episodic with a few continuity things and multi episodic story arcs modern cartoon style, I think I'll have more freadom for the stories I tell.

the series is about Jackie a non binary space pilot a han solo/star lord kind of character that , yuki hot headed japanese descent mixed martial arts fighter girl, and kamso a black guy with magical powers that is a very nice and heroic person, they travel around transporting people across space and ocasionally just exploring aorund the galaxy

do you guys think a episodic format would fit this type of story? is the premisse good and interesting?

I think episodic is the way to go for your series.

I think it can be a fun series, the parts that made it interesting for me were that
Jackie is an alcoholic. I like characters with flaws. Kamso is the least interesting
character for me at the moment

I'll work on give kamso some flaws, I'm thinking of making him struglle with his dark side, or insecurities about his worth because of trauma from the past, he is also naive. do you have any sugestions, he is suposed to be the heart of the group the moral one as a foil to jackie that is pretty imoral.

I can imagine a lot of things, but it´s your story, I´m sure you come up with something good.
I like the insecure direction, that´s material for good stories and that´s something readers
can relate too
