I apologize if this is not the channel to inquire about my problem, but I'm not sure where to ask for assistance and I feel lost. I regularly update my ink balance, however 5 weeks ago one of my purchases resulted in an error. The amount was deduced from my bank account, but the site gave an "Oops something went wrong" message. The ink never arrived.
I instantly checked where should I ask for help to sort this out and came across this page:

I followed what was written in here, and tried to ask for help at: feedback@tapas.io
I even submitted a zendesk ticket through the widget on the site (ticket number: 67632)
This was all done 5 weeks ago, but I never got a reply.
I even tried to ask for help on the community discord with opening a ticket (may 28th). A few days ago (june 3rd) I got a reply on discord, they said they will forward my inquiry to the support team. However it has been a while since that, and still I haven't got a single reply from the support to this day.
I wonder if they are just overloaded with tasks and process tickets more slow than usual, or did I use the wrong channels to ask for help? Thank you very much if someone can help out, or point me to the right direction <3
