I remember previous Inksgiving events where it's encouraged to make an episode to remind readers of the event. Unless people just do that out of convenience nowadays...

It was not needed to get the support unlocked. Some did it as a promo and to also get added to a collection for that Inksgiving.

Yeah I remember that @tchotchkeco, I did that myself, even though I couldn't get ink myself at the time. It was sort of to remind other people to donate to others, as well as to hopefully get more people to sub to me.

Yay! I'm gonna start saving that ink for my favorite creators. And I hope I'll be able to get some, too. I just recently passed that milestone to unlock it. So excited!

If my duration as a creator in tapas is to be compared with life, I should be called an infant. So, I am not quite aware about the inksgiving event. I do have some inks though and I will give them to the creators whom I have subscribed. However, I have one question. What is the utility of ink from a creator's point of view? It would be awesome if someone threw some light on it.
I also appreciate the activation of support for the creators who have not attained the threshold to activate support, though I do not want to activate support for my account right now because my series has just started and I should first provide something which the readers can enjoy. Hopefully, in the next inksgiving I can participate as a creator.

Congratulations!

So, creators that receive Ink will be able to withdraw a cash amount once they hit the $25 threshold. The Ink to dollar conversion varies depending on the source (i.e. did the reader purchase Ink from iOS, Android, or the web? did they watch to earn the Ink or install a partner app?).

So this is just the thumb rule. The horizontal outline just to give you some kind of overall idea of what Ink could be worth.

And it is not accurate at all.

But 1200 Ink is about 1$
