Greetings and salutations. I am Mike Wytrykus, and I am the cartoonist of Grimstone. It's a comic I've worked on somewhat sporadically for many many years. I've recently started re-running the archives at Tapastic while I work on new comics to post both here and on the Grimstone website.

Grimstone is mostly about a skeleton named Ribcage who works as an actor in monster movies. That is, he plays the parts of skeletons in movies like Army of Darkness or Pirates of the Caribbean. The comic follows his struggles to make it in an industry where moviegoers demand scarier monsters and more terrifying horror movies. Grimstone is the town where he "lives" and it is filled with a plethora of supernatural creatures, some of them his friends, colleagues, and roommates.

Hi, I'm Sam. I'm never really sure what to say about myself, haha. I just graduated from the Academy of Art University, and am so far failing to make a living in my chosen career (but what else is new, am I right!?) So I started drawing a comic to keep myself busy.

It's about a kid named Andrew, who has paranoid schizophrenia. Just something I've had in the back of my mind for a couple years, and I'm sort of writing it by the seat of my pants, so to speak. But I've always been fascinated by psychology, and I plan on exploring the subject of schizophrenia and the thin line between mental illness and spirituality (there are all sorts of theories that schizophrenics operate in the space between our physical reality and what is known to most as the spirit realm).

I'm italian, but I'm living in London where I'm working everywhere for pay my rent, and in the free time I'm trying to make some illustrations and comics; I publish them on a BLOG ( www.marcolilliu.com ). I've recently started a comic called Best Intentions, which is a slice of life/comedy drama about a group of twentysomethings living in London, England, trying their damndest to figure things out.

Hello everybody!

My name is Vertixico and usually I am a student of physics and computer science. As a side effect to my studies, I started a webcomic, since I love to draw and be random in drawn form. Now I recently discovered Tapastic and decided to finally translate my comics to the english language.

Check out Comrades-In-Insanity, the webcomic that is now bothering me for almost 6 years. Why should you check it out? Because it is random, funny and weird and also because it is the thing that kept my "sanity" going all through my studies! And because I simply rocked the style of figures without arms or legs! True Story!

(Don't worry: The style of the comics will improve drastically after the first 30 or so)

The Name is new, the comic itself of coruse isn't. I just now started to translate it from german to english. Nice side-effect is, that I have enough material to update weekly for the next years! But If someone of you is able to read and understand german, you're welcome to look at my website Vertixico's Comics for the comics. I do plan to add episodes in between though, to finish stories I kinda didn't years ago or to explain some of the characters more.

Yo yo! My name is Uzuki Cheverie! I joined Tapastic a bit over a week ago (i think) but I finally got around to re-scaling all my comics and uploading them to the website. Anywho, I'm a 17 year old Canadian female, turning 18 in less than a month's time, and I'm an art student who's going into a 2D Animation and Digital Art program next fall! I've been drawing for years, but just in the past couple years I've started to do webcomics and magazine-published comics professionally, and before then I mostly just drew characters and stoofz.

ANYWHOOZLES the main comic that I work on is Uzuki, which has been published in PEI's Buzz magazine for the past year and a half and published online since this past November, 2013. So the comics I've been doing for a while now, but I've just gotten them all reformatted and uploaded to Tapastic! (because I think it's a wonderful website and the more people to read it, the better ~)
