Yo! I'm Fae, an artist/writer who is really terrible at keeping up with forums or anything like that. Mostly I just sit in the corner and draw. That's it. That's my lot in life. It's not a lot, but it's my life! ^^;

I work on the Fantasy/Adventure/Humor comic Magience along with my best friend, Shiloh, who colors it for me and tells me when my ideas are really terrible.

I read a lot of comics, probably more than I should. Strays and Gamercat are awesome (listing those because I just checked them). If I listed all the ones I loved we'd be here all week.

Unfortunatly, I can only afford the packets from the market. But I usually buy the chicken ramen and put in a ton of hot pepper flakes (I like spicy and hot). I also buy miso packets and make miso ramen noodle soup. If I ever have money to spare, I get real Japanese ramen from this fancy restaurant called Osakas. Overall, I'm not picky with ramen lol.

Favorite alien design? Well, I've been studying ufology and other things for a future webcomic..so I prefer the typical grey alien look. But I'm also a huge fan of the movies Alien and Predator. Their designs have both scared and inspired me as a kid.

Synopsis:

Flipside U is a comedy/gag comic about a naive and slightly damaged fellow named Josh who for some hilarious reason wants to be the best artist in the world!

However Josh knows nothing about making artwork so he first must venture out into the unknown world of post secondary education! His destination? The world renown Flipside University!

Watch Josh and his new friends waste away their blood, sweat and money one semester at a time!

The Flipside U Style:

FU is funny, focuses on characters, relationships, gaming, movies and pop culture. That includes anime! So expect lots of funny references! And don't forget the feels! It has a lot of feels. Haha.

Hi There! I'm Bug, and I write and draw Messenger, and I'm the artist half of the team doing Follower. Messenger is done using all watercolors/markers/real media, and Follower is created all digitally, because I'm indecisive about what I love so I just do a little of everything.

I am also part of a small collective of comic artists/friends called MonsterHive as well, which is a great bunch of people.

My goodness, there's so many fellow comikers here!

I'm Achiru and I have a studio in my head where dozens of characters come to hang out and collaborate with me on various comic projects. It can get pretty crazy in my mind directing them all but I wouldn't have it any other way. Because of this strange phenomenon, I sometimes go by Achiru et al. or Achiru and the rest of the cast. Certain characters are, say, more "vocal" than others and really love breaking the fourth wall and interacting with people from "my" side of the universe. Enough of my insanity and onto our productions!

Live, Laugh, Love follows my favourite ambiguously-gendered-and/or-sexed characters and their more-or-less-functional family dynamics. If you want to learn the art of harmonious living in comic strips, this is your cup of tea.

The myth of Eros and Psyche is our newest work, playing with the gender stereotype of the traditionally ideal woman. What would happen to the ancient Greek romance if Psyche's personality was not at all pleasant, timid or shy? How do you love just a pretty face? Do Eros' (or Cupid's, if you prefer the Roman name) arrows of love have an expiry date?

Comics I'm following on Tapastic include Fisheye Placebo and Carciphona because their art is fabulous and I have no idea how they protect their hands from strain to update so much detail as frequently as they do.

Hello there! I'm Keppay, name's Stefano Jun. I'm currently studying engineering, which is completely unrelated to my current passion: drawing. I've got two comics. One's ongoing and another's completed! I publish my comics in the university newspaper, so it's in 4-panel format.

Hello, I'm Hebe, and I'm actually a Persian software engineer, but drawing and painting is what I love to do most. It's been 2 years since I've started my first manga(Japanese comic) named "PARADOXICAL".
It's a sci-fi mysterious story about not so far future, why I recommend you to read it?
because I used my computer knowledge beside one year of researching in various fields like physics and genetics.. so I guarantee that the manga has a strong science bg, also I'm spending approximately 4 hours to make each page.

Hello everyone! I'm Kariofyllis - Chris Hatzopoulos from Mangatellers! In case my name sounds weird, it is because I'm from Greece. ^^

I'm one of the two screenplay writers of Mangatellers. Voutsidis Raphael is my collegue and fellow screenplat writer. We work together with the manga artist/illustrator Manos Lagouvardos and the 3D artist Nikitas Efimids to create the web manga series R.u.N. (Remember Ur Nature).

Greetings Tapastic . My name is J.R. Lemons III but better known as the Star Warrior. I have been drawing, painting, and telling stories for about as long as I can remember. Right now I have an associates in graphic arts and I am currently working on a bachelors in animation. With college almost done, it’s about time I get back to an old comic I’ve been working on, The Angel and The Goth.

The Angel and the Goth is a comic about Authors and Aliens. It takes place almost 1000 years from now where human have learned to travel faster than light and the poor aliens are trying to get used to these strange monkey things flying around. The story mainly focuses on Gomoo Leonard, pronounced “Gomoe”, and June Aldrax, two best friends that are starting to wander if it is alright to take their relationship to another level. So yeah it’s another typical teen romance story… BUT WITH ALIENS! Done worry I’ll try to keep it interesting. X3

Hey! Just read the first episode of RuN, that shot of the city scape is really cool - nice use of perspective! Did your artists use a photo or is that all from imagination?
