I don't know a thing about tablets, so take my comment with a grain of salt, I mainly draw traditionally, but I've been doing some research for when I have the means to acquire one.
If you don't want to be glued to your desktop to draw (which is what I personally would want), you might want to check the Ipad pro + apple pencil. I've only read/heard fantastic things about it and I see that peeps on this thread think no different, also some artist that I like use it, and the results from what I've seen are amazing.
It is cheaper than its counterpart on wacom, the mobilestudio pro and apparently better-ish in some aspects(?). Apparently there are some apps that let you use photoshop (if you are a ps user) but like it was mentioned here from what I read Procreate is an awesome app, I think it's a thing of getting used to new softwares.
There's also the thing of file management on apple products, unfortunately you can't escape that for the moment.
If you want more options than the wacom, huion, and want something portable, it might be worth to check the Ipad pro.
