Is my comic understood?

I think sometimes the situations in my comics are not understood and that's why I wanted to know what could be improved, mainly in my last comic

I'd say this is only understandable if someone knows the game. At the very least, I have no idea what the last update is supposed to mean. Is that a cardboard box that had holes poked into it with a pool of blood below it? I have no idea why there are holes, why there's blood and what the 'this' in 'this would work' is supposed to mean.
Same for episode 13. I can relate to episode 12 even though I don't know that game either but I guess it's a common problem in different games.

For the 13. and 14. episode, I'd say that my main problem is that I don't have an initial situation. There's just something that somehow happened but I don't know how or why. In episode 12 I had that: First I saw the character taking aim and then I saw the result so I understood what was going on.

Your comics is very funny! But yes, it's understandable mostly by people who've played those games.
I've played in only 1/4 of the games you've featured or so. So I've got the jokes only from these games + from a couple of popular memetic games, which everyone knows even if they didn't play in them.
My favorite issues of your comics are about Metal Gear Solid and Sims. These two are really witty.

The Box

MGS is a stealth game. You are playing by the guy, who is often hiding himself from the enemies. Particularly, you can do (and often do) it under the box. And it works, if you don't move when enemies see the box. But, in the same time, you can walk under it when they don't see. Even if the enemy will see the box in the new place after it, they will not worry about it much, if they weren't in alarm state (at least, it was that way in oldest MGS games).
If this game were more realistic, enemies would shoot that suspicious walking box, so it definetely would have blood under it...
(Ok, now, when I've explained it, it have become much less funny... )

Ah! Thank you for explaining! Well, at least I understand now. I guess that's really something that can't be understood as long as you don't know the game.

I usually get video game comics, though I barely played any. Your are, I guess, are too specific to the games they feature and can be hard to understand by someone only genre savvy. Some just require a setup before the punchline. Sure I get the Sims one fine, but a panel along the lines of "Here I can do anything I can't do in real life" or something setting up the wasted potential of the sim spending his time on the computer would give someone not familiar with the game more insight. Same with Solid Snake and Assasin's Creed - I get the jokes, but only because of my secondhand knowledge of the game mechanics.

The Box

MGS is a stealth game.

I actually thought about this a while longer and figured that I would have understood this with one additional picture since I did play another stealth game before. For example, if there was a picture that indicated the original spot of the box and another one where it had moved to with one or two guards around.
So I'd stand by my previous point: The way it is now it would have only been understanable to me if I knew the specific game. If the initial situation was presented before, I wouldn't need to know the specific game just the genre or some other game that had some stealth-related content.
