There's nothing particulary graphic or nsfw about it? Personally I don't think that should even be under the nsfw warning.
So you should be completely fine uploading that to webtoons.
From what I seen of Webtoon, anything with any naughty bits shown isn't allowed on Webtoon. If that's a problem for you might want to post your comci here or Lezhin.
Those page don't seem to be a problem.
