Tapas nowadays doesn't allow comics show up in 'Fresh ' before they've reached 15 subs, from what I understand, so it's unlikely that in the first few days, or even weeks, of posting that you will get any views, let alone likes or subs, if you don’t already have an established audience. Try promoting here and on social media and have patience. It can be a long wait before getting any traction.
