Is nsfw not allowed on Tapas anymore?

I wanted to create a webcomic that had a good amount of sex scenes, however I thought Tapas was cool with it as long as there's plot and a fair amount of censorship.

I just discovered that Tapas became even more strict and I don't know where I should post now without violating the guidelines.
My webcomic actually has a good amount of plot, it's not like a hentaii where all you can see is the MCs fucking, the sex scenes are just a part of the story.

It is allowed to some degree, way stricter censorship being applied if you want to stay on the mobile app

Here's an example from my comic of how much is allowed on browser vs on the app (I've post them as separate comics)

General rule being
browser - censor the genitals, mosaic is ok
app - either cut out or hide behind opaque stuff genitals and nipples (during sexual context, I think nipples are fine if character's just standing around)

If you want to publish your work without any censorship then the options I know of are comic fury, flowfo, patreon, subscriberstar (those especially if you wish to put your stuff behind a paywall) and itch.io once you've got enough to collect it into a pdf file

oh, and globalcomix lets you get away with similair level of censorship as tapas browser version

Do I have to censor nipples for men too though?

Yes, if context of a scene can be seen as sexual, nipples get you bonked out of the app, as well

For example Moonshine's author got bonked pretty hard when tapas got told off by apple to censor the hell out of the app or get thrown out of their storefront and since then has been adding black blobs/clothes onto his characters

the last few pages - both guys are bare chested on the patreon version

To add to what Animefanka has said, you caaaan get away with uncensored nudity on the desktop to an extent. It has to be non-sexual, or at least not meant to be sexually arousing, and very few and far between in your story. I got some scenes like that, but they make up maybe 10 pages out of 200+. Back when I was going to post my first nude scene I asked the staff about it, they gave the "Okay" to post, and I assume they're still fine in spite of the Apple purge since I haven't been contacted yet.

CW: Vomit, gross-out, substance abuse, SA, injuries. Don't look at these pages if you're sensitive to uncomfortable imagery!

Don't ask me about the app. I've never used it, and I'm not even interested in trying to meet Apple's requirements.
