Is Promoting Webcomics Hosted on Other Websites Allowed?

Hello. I am hosting my webcomic on my website. The domain is registered in my name and everything. I would like to promote it on these forums. However, I do not want to violate the rules. Thus, would I be allowed to post a link to my website in the Tapas forums?

I'd say, don't create a new thread just to promote your comic hosted outside of tapas but no one will get mad at you for linking it where it makes sense
