((I don't think it particularly matters WHEN you upload on YouTube cause the algorithm more or less pushes videos based on content and relevance. I couldn't say for sure though, but either way I don't really think timing affects view count nowadays when there's so many things being uploaded all the time especially across the world with different time zones))
