So I've read a bit of your comic and I'm just gonna out and out say it: Dan's a villain, not ifs ands or buts. An honestly really disturbing villain at that,. Like, dude straight up rips a kid's head off and laughs about it simply for being called a rude name. Like, I get it, no kid should be bullied at all whatsoever, but Dan's way out of line for something as relatively mild as being called a rude name.
Now, if say the bullies were actually violent and were picking on other kids and Dan was using his new abilities to stand up for those kids as well, then we could genuinely have an interesting discussion on whether or not he's going too far in his methods and if he's a hero or villain in standing up for those who can't help themselves, but maybe doing so in a way that's crossing the line into himself becoming what he hates (a violent bully who abuses his power) but right now with the fact he seems to be mostly going after people for his own selfish and petty reasons and taking way too much joy in doing so firmly plants him in the "villain" side of things no questions asked.
Also, it might just be me being an American (I don't know if you're from America as well), but in all honesty the general premise of your comic in a "Bullied kid snaps and goes around hurting people at his school for revenge" has never really sat well with me in general. Though again, that might just be coming from my perspective as an (admittedly kind of sensitive) American where stories like that are depressingly becoming far too commonplace on the news to the point where it's become a tragedy, not something that should really be glorified in all honesty. But that's just my two cents on everything from my point of view.
