In my novels, there are specific tools created by gods that ascend them into their godly position. They're called Artifacts.

There are many Artifacts that will make an appearance amongst our novels.

The Black Bible
Beads of Budda
The Genie’s Lamp
The Soul Snatcher
Four Horseman weapons of Pestilence, Famine, War, and Death
The Eye of Illuminati
Excalibur

Each artifact has a perk, but each one has a negative effect that may drastically hinder the user if they're not meant to wield that artifact.

Not technically as you described (My comic's grounded with as much reality as possible, kinda). But there are two items that have appeared that contain secrets that will eventually be revealed throughout the plot.

The flock's Halakaw, or holy script:

And a ring, which to my error, has only appeared once.

It's role to be determined much later.

And a third for sentimentality, an urn shaped like a hen(partially depicted above) containing the ashes of an MC's wife. A fitting memorial, as if she still guards the chickens and her family...

Yes.

I pretty much try to use as little 'real world' stuff as possible. I like building a world, the things within it and the dynamics between those things. I try to make it a consistent whole with an in universe for everything.

So yes, I have created objects specifically for my comic.

I have a sort of futuristic laser sword, that is powered by mysterious engergy-stones.
Well, technically I didn't make it FOR the comic as I created the weapon, before I even thought about creating a comic ^^'

Card game for some villagers to play in the nighttime, they gather around to play in a fireplace, many times involving gamblings. Card decks are made of individual pressed woodpieces (there's no paper invented). Because it's a rare & expensive item the village only possesses a deck.

This is not important to the story though just extra worldbuilding.
