Royal Road is quite good especially if your story is LitRPG or fantasy. They have a rating system, yhe last I remember. There are usually less comments on chapters but you will usually see feedback through a review of the story as a whole ( or until what point the reader stopped reading) on the negative side, there were trolls who downvote for troll reasons. I'm not sure if the rating system was fixed now though.
I am on Wattpad. With Wattpad, famous genres ( at least on my side of the earth) is primarily Romance. Mystery, Thriller and Fantasy genres follow. There are many users on the site. It can be both good and bad since there are bigger chances of having more people to read your work, but also because the site is a little saturated, it can be hard to get your work noticed.
Scribophile is a more writer oriented site, I think. You have to be able to critique other people's works so you can gain enough points to post your chapter. And even after then, most of the chapters there are usually edited so many times. It is a good place to hang out because there are many published writers and workshopping writers in the site. Although, you have to be eighteen years of age and above to enter the site. If you are focused on polishing your work before you get it out there for more people to see, this could work.
I have heard of Neovel, Kindle Vella, Radish etc but I am not really sure of how they worked
