Is this a bug or a legit thing? (Unlock Ad Revenue question)

My subscribers on my leading series do not match the number in the unlock revenue feature.
It's been a half year now i guess when this mismatch number happened.

Supposedly i can unlock it now right?

Also if i upload a new episode of Sexygirl. It won't appear in the fresh comics section.
Is there also anyone experiencing this? or know why is it like this? Thank you...

It would appear you are not visible on the app. This may mean you cannot get ad rev and such.

That doesn't make sense though because even if it's not on the app you can still earn ads through the browser, right? I see ads all the time and I use primarily the browser for tapas.

If I were you, I'd go ahead and ask Michael to allow you access to receive ink during Inksgiving. You'll be allowed to earn ink and all your problems will go away.

This seems like a bug/glitch to me. I think you should contact someone from staff to ask about it.

I had this problem; it just fails to update for some users. Contact staff or send a bug report, they should be able to force it to start updating again!

Send in a bug report so it can start being processed through the proper channels.
I haven't heard @Yoon or anyone else mention that a series removed from mobile, or not available on mobile, cannot unlock the feature
