Is Wattpad worth it?

I've been writing on Tapas since May 2k21 and my stories have grown pretty well. It is an amazing platform for my works, but I'm wondering whether I should post at Wattpad too :I
Any insights about Wattpad would be really helpful...

I haven’t used wattpad, but from what I’ve heard it’s a really large platform, with way more things on it, so it’s less likely people will actually find your work

It's also more for romance and k-pop/whatever else-fanfiction. If you're writing anything else than that, it's not worth it. I've tried Wattpad and it was not friendly to my fantasy story. Since it's the birthplace of "After" romance is the main genre. Even if it's Sci-Fi or Fantasy, the main bulk of a successful story is actually romance. The rest is just a backdrop.

It is actually infuriating.

I've been on Wattpad since June 2013 and that's where I started posting. Some of my stories have been doing really great there (some have between 110k and 500k views). But since they removed the forums and started the paid version, I find it a lot harder to get noticed and have new readers or comments so it can get demotivating. That's the main reason I recently decided to try Tapas

I was on there, a long while ago, though I left after some major issues with regards to plagiarism around it. Even before they started having the paid version, I think was centered about someone who was a Wattpad Star, which is like an inroads to a publishing deal. Got out then, after a creator or two I was really close to also left, and I went to Royal Road, somehow stuck around there for three years without ever really making much. Then, I started here, started having some people and made quite a few friends, and I've been here ever since.

I like Tapas, it's possible to get noticed, given that I'm writing in a very small niche of historical fiction, which does pretty well for itself and well, if you know people, it helps a lot.
