It gives me warm fuzzy feelings every time I see familiar names in the Like notification. Not just because they liked it, either. Knowing that real people are coming back to read my story heals my weary soul. :')

I feel happy being apart of this comic community. I only stumbled across this site 2 weeks ago, it's been something I've been looking for, for a while. The positivity of the forums, the support of the users, the usability of the site - it's all made me come back and pour hours into working on my comic on this site each day. I'm currently at 2.8K views, which is amazing for me considering I started two weeks ago - this site has helped me get a large amount of readership for my comic, and I very much look forward to the future of publishing on this site

Probably the most beautiful and magical moment was at a con where this one person asked for a lot of quick commissions made there, calling me their favorite artist. I almost started to cry and melted at the spot. That person ended up fanning me partly as a joke to give me air. :'DD

After only being up a month, my series Abducted has been in the trending section 3 times.
And more recently someone commented saying that they were addicted to my comic. That gave me a smile all day long

For Tap stuff:
When people notice the little details I put into my pages.
When people give me unsolicited fanart.
When people say nice stuff in general.

Despite my ability to provide seemingly endless feedback on shitty fans I indeed have plenty of great ones that make my day.

Most of my favourite things comes from them reading/watching/interacting with stuff like

• debating what will happen next.
• shipping characters.
• trying to guess which character is what god.
• READERS getting excited about the view count or sub count of my comic, or it popping up in popular or trending.
• Dropping a "I read through the whole thing and lost track of time, it's 5am I need sleep x.x" or "I'm caught up!! But.... I ran out of pages..." comments on the latest page.
• Comments from people saying things like "I signed up for this site because of this comic x.x"
• Commentators thanking me for my comic, the characters, the content or the topics I cover. I actually get a lot of PM's or comments from people telling me "thank you for making ____ character" "thank you for doing this" "thank you for saying this in your comic, I really needed to hear this."
• Getting fanart and fanfics!!

Also people showing up and chatting with me in my streams also makes me happy. Working alone all day sucks xO

@MissMagicGirl I agree with when a page turns out really well. I LOVE when my pages turn out the way I envision them. I like the subs, coz that means this person is going to be a regular reader- but right now I like looking at my collective page views as well. Even if a person doesnt subscribe, they took the time to read or glance over my pages, which could translate to they like my work!

What makes me happiest when working on my comic is when a page turns out how I picture it in my head and it doesn't take me forever to accomplish either. Any day I am not fighting with a page is a good day, in fact the last few pages I have done have all turned out exactly how I wanted. 😆
Also it makes my day when others show interest in my weirdass comic 😘

For me it's definitely fan art. It like makes my whole week when someone sends me a piece of fanart! I get really excited and put it on my website and share it around.

I also like having long time readers ei people who comment on every new page and talk about the characters on social media and stuff!

I always get happy when I see people with pretty big comic like and follow my tiny baby project. It's like senpais noticing me lmao!! I know I will probably explode when I start to get fanart on the reg.

or when people binge-read my comic and tell me they had to read it in one go because it was so good and they couldn't put it down :')

I always smile when people get attached to my characters. It's so heart-warming when they cheer for the characters' successes, or worry if they're in trouble.

Also unsolicited fan art! To know someone enjoys the comic so much that they want to draw the characters is the most awesome thing to me. Especially knowing something I created could inspire someone else to make a drawing.

The fact that someone thinks my grumpy dad story makes them feel home is so touching that I get genuinely teary-eyed thinking about it, because that is one of the things I am constantly trying to achieve with my stories. For all the adventure and excitement and magick sparkly stuff, that sense of home is the rock on which it all rests, you know?

The response to my second series has been so warm and fuzzy <3 so many people are hooked in from the premise. It makes me giggly-happy when I can write something as weird as "Human Student is roommates with a Demon girl in a Monster School" and have readers say it's relate able X)
I had a very detailed PM recently from a reader who listed all their fav characters right down to the background characters. They also said they were hoping that the series would continue from being a one-shot ;_; <3 aaah readers
