Ah! For something that's "not very telling" you actually got a lot right!!
The scale's definitely relevant to both the dynamic between the two characters and the main plot, which has to do with the justice system.
The two characters more or less fit your description, they don't exactly hate each other but their relationship isn't necessarily warm, though of course they're brought together by the events of the story, and by the fact that they're brothers!
I think I categorized the comic as a "Slice of Life" but it definitely fits in with either "Mystery" or "Drama."

This is certainly an intriguing cover image. I like the strong contrary between the darkness of the background and the gleam of the title font.

My analy-guess: This story is a novel. The setting is the Victorian or maybe Elizabethan Age. The Changeling is the type of fae who abducts and replaces a human children. They are called sisters because they were raised together as identical twin girls. Even the girls did not know that one of them wasn't human. Even when they uncover their truth, they still don't know which one is human and which doesn't belong. genre: supernatural thriller heavy on intrigue, light on action, no comedy.

Totally fair, hence why I wanted a bunch of people to look at it. In my mind it makes sense because of the relationship to yoga, chakras, and metaphysical stuff. But we all know as artists sometimes what we think is good isn't good lol. Thanks for the input.

As far as covers and banners are concerned, it cannot be too graphic since mature warning won't cover it. I am sure you can add something like this in the episode as long as you mark it mature.

The darkness of the shades in these images might be working against you. Otherwise, I like the composition.

Interpretation of all those blocks: This looks like a comic but not a serialized comic. I mean that it lacks any setting or specific characters, so it makes me think that maybe I am looking at the logo for a series of stories that exist independently of each other like The Twilight Zone. Themes will include altered perceptions of reality like in a Philip K. Dick novel and likely some cyberpunk because those blocks could be pixels viewed from different perspectives.

Would I read based on this cover? No

Beyond the nudity, I see other problems here. The lizard is the same color of red as the background behind it, so it gets a little lost.

Interpretation: It does not draw me i n specifically because I am not attracted to this sort of person, but others might feel differently. The hair suggests something hipster-ish to me. I would guess this is novel, an urban fantasy with hipster-aged young adult characters and a mystic tattoo.

Would I read based on this cover? No

You know, now that you have said that I can understand what you mean. I can totally see this being thought of as a series of anthology stories, like the Twilight Zone as you mentioned. I thought (at the time I made the first cover) that the blocks looked really stylized and had a futuristic vibe, as my novel is based in the future.

I do have a cover I sort of made after your feedback, what do you think? It's like lightly coloured with a bright pink as a pop of colour rather than all white. (I'm British btw so if my spelling of coloured/colored annoys you, sorry. )

I mean obviously I am going to find a way to rationalise how I feel about something I made, but I think this one feels less cold artistically, and maybe less Twilight Zone.

Both versions have their good elements and drawbacks. Overall, I think I like blocky version better. I know from your other posts that your work is a novel. Maybe one can be modified to give it more context, or they could be combined. For example, you might add a block to on side which has that cityscape pictured on one face, or maybe you might add a block with your protagonist pictured on a single block face.

I'm sure you will figure it out.
