Or rather, ocean-themed, specifically (I guess...?) Oh, and I'm thinking more 'classical literature' type characters; don't hand me Katara or anything...

In case you're wondering, I'm trying to name a pair of male OCs and I'm at the ennnnd of my rope...I looked through the Wikipedia pages for Moby-Dick and 10,000 Leagues until my eyes glazed over, and I couldn't find anything I liked.

Near the end I got desperate and went to Greek mythology, found a pair of names that I LOVED but they're really much more suited to female OCs, so now I have another pair of OCs I want to design and the original pair is still nameless and it was at that point that I ragequit. >_0

It helpful to understand four classical elements. Water am usually associated with feelings, senses, emotions. Any group of four am going to have thing with water vibe. Mebbe it emotional core of group. Mebbe it healer or psychic.

If you're looking for names, why not search for names, not characters?
Like: associated with lakes Llyn, Lochlann, Järvi; associated with sea Llyr, Sebald, Seburg, Sehard, Sebern, Sefrid (or probably another 100 or some of Old German names with seo- which is sea), Morand (Moran), Morcant, Morien; with rivers Afon, Väinö, Leith... Aside from Old German these all are Welsh, Gaelic and Finnish names (I can write you which one is which and what word roots they exactly include if you need).

The issue is that they're supposed to be the remaining two of a set of four, and the first two are already named after fictional characters. They need to match thematically...

Robinson Crusoe. ^^ It's not exactly water-themed, but with the shipwreck and island context it gives off a similar vibe.
