I imagine a big part of it has to do with who your audience is cuz like
Patreon: good for supporters who have a consistent disposable income (adults)
Ko-fi: good for supporters who have occasional disposable income (teens, and probably other artists cough)
INK: good for supporters who have disposable time (teens, and suprisingly other artists because they farm ink while working on their pages)
Tailoring your rewards on each platform to each demographic is probably worth it too, for example giving bonus content/early access to INK tippers and "thank you credits" to Ko-Fi & Patreon supporters.
Something I've been considering is using itch.io or gumroad as sorta an alternative to ko-fi, because you can set up a project page where you wall off certain content behind different price points. So, for example, I could put up a PDF of one of my comics for free but for people who spend $3 could get some other bonus content, and peoe who spend $5 could get the project files.
A lot of this is theory on my part tho because I haven't really sat down to try any of this out yet.
