Yay, I didn't get to this before I replied to your other thread, thanks a lot!!!
So, the rules are simple: we are still defining them 
You will need to join the forum here, and wait for me to approve your membership (it will take less than a couple of days). From there, you can help us finalizing the rules. There is an ognoing discussion there, that is picking up, but one rule for sure right now is that we need comics that have never been published before and that feature original characters only. We are also pretty much set on a theme for the anthology, although I would like a little more discussion).
In general, these comics are aimed at an adult audience, so stories centered around politcs and/or religion are absolutely acceptable to me. Portable Finger would be an example of that, although we'll have to disqualify it, because it has been published already
