I have one fantasy novel involving fairies, but not the kind people are used to seeing. These fairies are called the Shee, and their skin changes color to reflect their state of mind. For example, reds are the passions. Their bodies can show more than one color at a time. The main character is a boy in his late teens; he likes to remain neutral blue. His name is Zamani, and he is the king of the nhola forest. He is a mix between the Shee and the Pecks. He knows all the fairy magic, called Phrava, and has an attitude. He is somewhat of a loner until he meets the lovely Xarhn.
The Shee do not naturally have wings. They live in a secluded fairy world hidden inside a mountain.

Her eyes are in fact, naturally blue, and her hair is naturally wavy, as she's bi-ethnic, Welsh and Cameroonian

Technically, I have two leads
The first is Corrine Caviella, the daughter of a count, who was forced to abandon her studies to marry a Duke. She resents being bound by her backward society but also afraid to fight back too hard.

here's the main trio that my story COVLARIA follows; Plantboy, FLWRboy and Person
Trying his best to keep those two from fighting all the time, Plantboy gives his customer satisfaction guaranteed, keeping the store clean and maintaining the plants they sell. Heâs charming, a little witty, and gets in the middle of stuff that really isnât his business. Also to note, he would love it if you stopped asking if the leaf on his head is for sale!
At the end of the day, he loves being there for his friends in need, snipping sections of plants out in public to try and propagate them, and overall listening to his plantsâ needs.
The key for the storefront to get any sort of product, FLWRboyâs role is stocking and maintaining the shelves; traveling far distances for their diverse selection of plants! We donât exactly know where this strength comes from, and how exactly he travels so quickly, but the shop would be nothing without FLWRboy.
A little mischievous here and there, a little silly, maybe a little too silly sometimes, but at his core, FLWRboy rides the wave of a carefree lifestyle.
The head of the operation, Person tends a majority of the logistical responsibilities of the Gardening Club. From shipments, relationships with vendors, and ensuring the books are up to date.
Itâs a very taxing task for him; Person tends to get anxious easily, freaking out on the prospects of an uncertain future - and in a world like Covalria - it's very much justified! He likes a nice warm cup of coffee, a calm, sunny day for fishing, and would love for the pain to stop.
