Neutering is a great step in curbing unwanted behaviors in cats. 2 years old means that he's still got tons and tons of energy. Now, putting the energy into a good place is the key! Find a toy he's super into, something interactive is key! even something as simple as a shoe lace may do the trick. the important thing is that it's something your kitty's really into! Try a cat dancer or de bird (Check Amazon)! My cat's love those.
Play with your kitty for about 15-20 minutes or until he's tuckered out. They give your kitty some treats or his usual meal. Wait a bit then repeat the process. Cats have the instinct to play with things to tucker them out and then eat them. This is why it helps to feed cats after a play session. Also clipping his nails is going to help curb the chances of any injuries!
