Normally I don't like to self-promote, but Deadeye just fits your requirements so neatly; it's scary.Plus, the comic is new to Tapas but it's already over a year old, so I can guarantee weekly updates for nearly a year. ;D
Thanks for adding it to your list! I always feel like I'm misleading people a bit by calling it sci-fi - it absolutely is, and aesthetically it's drawing on 1950s/60s pulp scifi, but story-wise it's not a big space-faring adventure. It's more about the characters and relationships.
