LGBT+ theme comics that aren't romance, any recs?

I heard that Kings Folly is also going to have LGBT characters in the future.
FaLLEN clearly has something going on here, so I think it's safe to say it will have a little bit of it.

That's my comic, with at least 70 % of LGBT+ characters , but romance is not the main storyline.

Most of my characters in Cosmic Fish are LGBT+ with an ace/female-pronoun lead. Romance isn't the focus of the story and honestly, there's only going to be a little of it, if it helps!

It's a story about monster kids finding their place in a strange world, but continuously change in appearance by negative thoughts or personal doubts/fears/anxities in a world that has rejected them cuz spoopy monsters. So the comic follows their attempt to find balance/acceptance before the planetary guardians attempt to subdue them as a threat.

I have a space opera comic called SPEJS where the majority of the cast is LGBT+ and the focus is "kicking butt and having fun in a galaxy far far away" and friendship rather than romance at the moment =)

I highly suggest you check out Sharp Zero. It has most of the genres included in your post. Pretty cool dialogue and relatable characters.

On that note, I have a comic that features two guys struggling with friendship and dating and their ambiguos relationship. Its not action adventure but hopefully you'll check it out.

But in my comic The Tower most of my characters are of the LGBT spectrum,
it's not a big focus of the comic tho cause this is more scifi/fantasy with like, 0 romance?

Noir City is a detective noire themed mystery comic I'm currently writing. Its about halfway through the first chapter, but the two main leads are trans and nonbinary, and most of the cast is gay. The comic focuses on supernatural mysteries and the urban aesthetic, mostly. Romance is not a main focus of the comic : )

My comic Radio Silence is a coming-of-age tale of a British rock band's rise to fame. It has LGBT characters but it's a drama and the story revolves around their lives coping with fame, living in close quarters, the music, the lifestyle, all those fun things.

My comic, Autumn Bay, has characters all over the spectrum. It's not in your face about it, and it's not the focus of the story, but, for instance, one of the main characters from Season One is a transman, one of the kids in the prologue is gay, the main heroine of Season One is bisexual, and part of the plot involves rescuing one half of a married lesbian couple.

I have a space opera comic, Home is a Distant Wish, which has a bunch of LGBT+ characters in it. It may not be very obvious at first, since I wanted to create a world where people's gender or sexual identity isn't a big deal. There are romance and romanctic elements in there, though I usually tend to concentrate more on other aspects of relationships and not just the romance part.

I got a high fantasy comic called The Sunless Children! It is just a thief trying to live her life until a stupid giant elven woman makes everything complicated for the to escape the invading army. and romance is on the side of course and there is a lot of lesbians but in general lgbt characters!

Here's some of my favourites that have LGBT characters, but are focused more on fantasy or action:

A Turn for Change Follows a knight on her new job. Very funny, action and the character interaction is awesome!

Princess x Pistolier This one is listed as a 'romance', but it's action-packed and the whole political intrigue and the world it takes place in are very well fleshed out and fascinating.

My own comic is a fantasy that has several LBGT characters with a focus on Fantasy/adventure. There is romance, but it isn't the focus. Running around the world a-la Slayers-style adventuring is more what it is.

Gonna plug my own magical girl/boy/everybody series Zircon Rose. ;3 Everybody's somewhere on the spectrum, some more obviously than others. But it's also not the focus. I'm a big proponent of normalizing lgbt and other minority characters, so that's sort of where I'm at.

There are romantic entanglements, but it's definitely not my focus either. My focus would be more friendship, magic, strength and weakness, cruelty, memory, and bunnies.

Well, I have a lot of themes planned out for my comic that aren't especially fleshed out yet, but my main character is gay and struggling with gender identity. It's not really what the comic is about, but it is a central theme.
It's actually a kind of ghost story, and Damien, the main character, gets possessed and eventually deeply befriends a female ghost with whom he can only communicate through said possession. He retains all the memories he had while she was in control of his body, as well as her feelings and thoughts. This makes him really question his identity as a whole, as well as where he stands as far as gender identity is concerned. I say 'he' now, but by the end of the comic, Damien will probably be using they, them pronouns. Check it out, if you have the time!

I can't believe this thread has evaded me... I'm gonna bring it back!

My comic is coming up to its first anniversary and is the first Jahanniverse comic! The idea is that it's a supernatural/action universe that focuses mainly on LGBT characters.

Flirting With Death has two romantic subplots but the main story is about a hitman trying to undo his predicted death over the course of a week. He teams up with an angel of death, a demon and a ghost to figure out who is out for his blood. It's a 15+ I think, because it's violent and has nudity and themes of crime.

Well, if it doesn't have to be romance, I just uploaded the first chapter of my comic here recently, and it explores the origins of my character, Captain Lily, who is a bisexual (again, we don't show her dating or anything here), and pretty funny and badass ^^ It's sci-fi and fantasy, if that strikes your fancy I say give it a look ^^

My series isn't really romance, but doesn't really fall into the Action Sci-fi kind of thing so don't know if it counts, while it does follow the relationships of several characters it is more of a drama about self discovery, gender identity and friendship at a school of the arts. Recently dealing more with the struggles with accepting who they are inside and out, hence the title. I've been exploring all kinds of different themes, Asexuality is the current theme focusing on a small deaf ace girl.
