Long comic migracion how to start?

soooo I got a long running comic (as in 200+ pages) and I started it in DA, but I want to migrate it to tapastic,
so my question is
should I place all pages at once or do I post it daily until I finish the 200+ pages and then enter a normal posting schedule?

From what I learned is you assign a designated day to post your pages. Posting too many at one time can burn out your readers. Also not staying with your scheduled updates can discourage your readers from staying.

Now IF you're still working on your comic, you should leave some buffer time in order to keep up with your posting schedule.

Maybe 1 to 3 pages per week would be fine to build your audience without tiring them. Reading the posts here regarding your question and other topics really helps to educate you. I hope I've helped.

I'm in ch-apocalypse, though I am mostly inactive and am gonna close it pretty soon :C moving to other pastures

200 pages is a great buffer, I think steady 2 or 3 times a week until that entire 200 pages is finished uploading would be a huge benefit to gain readers in platform like tapas

Definitely not all at once! When you post a new page, it puts you in the "Fresh" section of the website. You can only show up there once a day, and new updates on the same day don't bump you higher on the Fresh section. You don't wanna blow your visibility all in one go.

2-3 times a week is a pretty good pace if you've got such a huge backlog. Frequent enough to stay visible on the site, but not so often that you're overwhelming your readers. And since you have so many pages, you can opt to update in 2-3 page chunks per episode.

I say to upload a 2 pages a week, while staying active on the forums to connect with other comic peeps and to build your audience. I'm done with my comic, Osca on 40+ pages. Uploading a page every Saturday Morning! Also, make a Twitter go on #comicbookhour and #webcomicschat and participate in their events. It's where a lot of tapas/other comic creators share their comics to people! (You might already know this, haha)

not really I know about posting in forums and the posting from the last post but I never had a twitter or get close to most social media ( though I know I should if I want to promote) I'll check them out
