I'm based in the PH as well. I am an aspiring BL creator and have several ideas I'm trying to work on. I am also a beginner artist and I'm looking for a webtoon creator who can teach me the ropes, for free. I am willing to do lineart, coloring, and shading, in exchange for real-world knowledge on the artist process as well as the webtoon production process.
