Looking for a Colorist to Flat comics! [PAID]

Hello, I am DrunkenElf, and I have been working on a comic for several years, but I always stop right before the point that I publish any pages. I am trying to break that pattern before the end of the year and I am willing to pay an artist to help me do that.

I am terrible at flatting my pages and am very willing to pay someone to do it for me. Rates vary according to page and how complicated they are, BUT the bare minimum that you will receive is $15 dollars per page.

The comic itself is a "traditional" fantasy comic, with orcs, drawves, elves and goblins, set in an alternate 1920s where both magic and alcohol have been banned.

Everything is negotiable. Don't be afraid to ask about any details. Bonus points if there is a porfolio available for me to look through, but I realize there are a ton of different artists here without them, so of course that is not a dis qualifier.

How high for price are you willing to go to? Because I charge $25 a page for basic flat coloring (doesn't include shading; that costs extra) like this: https://tapastic.com/series/OPAH (Backgrounds done by my friend but since you drew in backgrounds, I can color those easily)

How high I'm willing to go depends on a large number of factors; but $25 dollars is not out of the question, especially if your artwork is impressive or I see an example of work that really matches what I want. Shading is not a problem since I am for more confident in shading than putting down the flats.

You work is lovely by the way, but I would really need to see something that is entirely colored by you before I chose you, not just the characters. Kind of a color theory thing, I hope you understand.

I too would be very interested in this job. I'm sorry I don't have an actual portfolio at the moment (it's under construction) but you can find my comic here and here are three flatted pages. Very nice examples. Any set in a night setting of a city or something similar?

As for the number of pages a week to be flatted, at most one. I'm not a very fast artist and I'm not rushing very fast for these pages. I'm also capable of flatting images myself. the problem is that I am very poor at figuring out color pallets. For now, I'd rather just hire someone to do the initial flats and I can focus my effort on improving my line work and hopefully figuring out colors along the way.

Its not a very demanding job that I'm asking for, but its a paying one at least.

If you haven't made your decision yet on who could do the job, /i'd like to do as coloring is a bit of my forte. My series Federation Fighters is a very heavy, colored series to replicate anime to a degree. I get colors done pretty quick.
