I want to create a story about an angel named Lucifer who serves a god Called Father. Lucifer betrays Father because he is not satisfied with how he
punishes non believers and wrongdoers, he believes that the punishments are too harsh as it is always the same for everyone: burned for eternity until the soul is destroyed.
It will start with a man being sentenced to hell; however, the man is a good person who never did anything wrong. In fact, he was a hero in his life and saved thousands of people yet he is doomed to burn because he never believed that there was a God when he was alive. Quick flashback on his life will be made and some more details (flashback could be about him saving people taking care of his family etc). Lucifer will make his appearance after the sentence. Note: Story takes place before planet earth is even created so the hero comes from a fictional world where science has progressed to about the same as our current world before it is destroyed by Father.
Father has created an entire universe (basically the one we live in) filled with stars, planets and civilisations which he destroys one by one through a spell called the Apocalypse (derived from biblical Judgement day meaning that the apocalypse spell the real intent of God is to simply destroy us so that he can get energy from our agony).
Magic system: Magic force is generated through emotions of the soul. for example, if someone is furious, that person can generate more power than usual. example If a person is injured that person can generate power through their pain as well but not during battle as it must be a controlled action. If a person trains their body, microscopic muscle tissue which is torn that causes some degree of pain will give the person more magical power which is converted to increased physical strength.
If a person meditates and remains calm, they can collect power through focus and sheer will.
Self-existent beings: Not all self-existent being declares themselves as deities. Some just roam around mindlessly as monstrous beings just devouring everything in their path.(Greek gods call them titans) Some self-existent souls/beings instinctively or thoughtfully become weapons for others to use.
