Looking for an artist for manga one shot (unpaid)

Im new to writing manga and im trying to dip my feet into this industry and im looking for an artist to help bring my ideas to life and hopefully be able to work on more long term projects even co ownership, I have about 4 different one shot ideas but havent settled on one yet the only experience needed is a decent level of artistic skills and i am open to feedback as well

Hey as a fellow writer (if you haven't all ready) I would start writing out the one-shots that way when you find an artist they can read the story from begining to end. I found multiple artists to get on projects with me by sending them completed drafts of the one-shot. It got them interested and showed my dedication to the project.
