Hello! So, I am a writer, and I have this Slice-of-Life Omegaverse story that I feel would be much better drawn out. If you like stories like Tadima Okari, Kashikomarimashita Destiny and Abarenbo Honey, then you'll probably find my story interesting.
(Also, if we make money out of this, I am willing to let you have the bigger share)
I plan on posting another Topic when I make a more coherent summary, but here is a snapshot of the story summary:
A slice of life that follows the love stories of 3 Omega brothers. Born from an ambitious Beta couple who have worked hard to climb the social ladder, the 3 of them have to deal with prejudice, jealousy, and the responsibilities of growing up. But no matter how hard life is, they'll always have each other.
Taeyong is the eldest brother and recently married (via arranged marriage) to the elite and older Alpha Daehyun. Taeyong is smart and is proud of his job as a behavioural therapist for children and loves a good romance novel, often fanboying in delight and hiding his collecting under his bed. He works hard on his image as the perfect omega mate by maintaining a socialite status in high society. Daehyun is older by 9 years and is more stoic, though he tries his best to keep Taeyong smiling. Daehyun finds it difficult to adjust to Seoul culture after living in New York for the past ten years and feels the cultural difference between the people about him and himself. And the more Taeyong falls under the pressure of image and Daehyun still not adjusting to the responsibilities of being a mate, the thin line that keeps their marriage together could snap at any moment.
Seunghyeon is the second brother and is a 4th year Art student. Considered the "naughty child" he hates getting dolled up and having to pretend to be a dainty omega so his parents could parade him around at company dinners. Instead, he prefers hanging out with his friends and toying with sleazy Alphas, never letting any of them catch him. On the first day of 4th year, he learns his studio on campus has four more people after another studio busted a pipe. He and his best friend snoop at their new studiomate's art and wonder who painted a super romantic and cute painting, thinking of the daintiest person they know. But they're both shocked when they learn the painting is by a delinquent-looking, charming and super cool KwangSun - Sunny for short. Can this Beta who exudes more confidence doesn't try to win over Seunghyeon romantically and instead works to build a strong friendship, letting Seunghyeon tear down his own walls. And when that friendship becomes a picture-perfect passionate romance and can it be maintained after life hits them with the unexpected?
Myungsuk is the baby of the family. Only 17 and never had his heat, he goes around living like a beta. Despite "looking normal", Myungsuk has autism spectrum disorder. Because he's high-functioning, he hates the pity he gets from people when they find out, and he knows how hard his brothers have worked to shield him from how mean the world really is. Although Myungsuk isn't good socially, he excels math, so much so that for his final year in high school, he gets the opportunity to attend a first-year University math course at the same prestigious institution that Seunghyeon goes to. On the first day of class, InSoo, a handsome Alpha sits next to him and helps him out when the professor calls Myungsuk out to speak in front of the class and Myungsuk freezes. After Insoo helps him, Myungsuk does want he can to become friends, especially after learning Insoo is also 17 (having skipped a grade). And even though InSoo finds Myungsuk a bit odd at first, InSoo can't help but find Myungsuk's mannerisms cute and his bluntness refreshing. A cute and innocent romance that faces trouble when InSoo's elite family decides that they don't approve.
So that is the synopsis of the 3 couples without giving too much away. Let me know if you're interested in this story, or if you know someone who might also be interested please send this their way!
The story is a lot more intertwined and complex and I mainly want to discuss themes that are not usually discussed in romance/fiction/bl (ie: autism) and make this also a coming-of-age story as well.
If you've read this far thank you for much and even if you're not an artist or feel like you can't collab on this story, comments of support are still super-duper appreciated! xxx
