Hello there!
Hope you all are doing fine when you stumbled upon this. I currently had a short storyline which I would like to transform into a comic. Here are some of it's details
Name: Sands of Choice
Short intro:
It was the night of the new year when Zac found the one-minute time machine outside his room, a sand hour glass with a note sitting beside it that said,
"This thing can let you travel backwards in any time but only in the place you are standing presently and for one minute only, afterwards you and everything with you will return to it's original time. Like if you travelled to 21st June, 1945 at 1:35 p.m., while sitting in your room, you can never go back to the same minute again while sitting in your room. Both the conditions should be met for the machine to work. "
When Zac read this note though, he thought it to be the most silly prank he could have imagined. But as he turned the note over one small line struck a bolt of never ending pain in his heart. It said :
"You can save him now, please don't let him die twice."
With this one line memories of pain came quivering back to his broken heart. It was about his boyfriend Dave, who had been shot in his chest on the day of Christmas while he was out partying. The police had said that there had been no evidence of any culprit, no traces of theft either. They had no evidence to say anything so his love was just bundled up in those petty files. But now maybe he had a chance to change it all. A chance to save the only person that ever meant anything to him.
So he finally used the tiny machine. At first nothing happened but suddenly everything was sent swirling around and then he was on 25th December, 2022 at 7: 02 p.m. He shyly walked down the stairs to find the still warm corpse of his dead boyfriend, dressed in white suit which was now rosy red due to the blood leaking out from him but there was one thing that shouldn't have been there, Zac saw his own dead body laying cold in front of him!! But if he died on Christmas how come he is here??
Notes:
1. This a short story and it will end in nearly 4 to 5 chapters with about 10 to 12 panels per episode
2. There will inevitably be some blood and gore scenes, so only in case you are okay.
3. I don't have a money to pay for the artist right now so this work is unpaid for now but I am willing to make a negotiable shares with the artist on any future aspects
