Looking for artists [paid] for webtoon/manga

I'm wanting to work with an artist for my 3 novels [you may have a studio, better].

Note: First, until the series has earned anything in return, I will pay the artist - my budget is $100-200 per chapter. For better comparison, it is $2-4 per panel considering 50 panels per chapter on average.

after the story is monetised, and it earns over 200$ via ad revenue and patreon, I will change the payment part to 40-60 ratio, 40% urs, 60 mine, or we can talk about it as to why and why not.

Finally, it's not that I want just any artist. You can put up your portfolio, or previous works and let me know.
