My buddy and I are currently looking for artist(s) to help us with a Web Novel project.

We’re specifically seeking help with:
- Character Designs
- Cover Art

While we’re currently looking for unpaid collaborators, I believe in treating artists fairly so I will be open to negotiating compensation based on your involvement and what we can manage.

Very sorry that i didnt make myself clear, still trying too work on that.

No worries! What I meant is that while the project is currently unpaid and trying to see where it goes. I'm open to discussing compensation if someone ends up taking on a bigger role or if things go well and we’re able to fund it in the future (through donations, revenue, etc.).

I also don’t want artists to feel like their work isn’t valued.

Its a revenue share.
Basically, you work for free and play russian roulette hoping to generate an income after the release of the series, either by hoping it to get popular and enter an ad revenue program or by whatever other means of marketing the team has, that later is split between all contributors or those that had done more than the rest.
