I'd strongly advise not to expect things like front-page promotion, or to be picked up as a featured creator or a Webtoon Original. It's amazing if it happens, but going into a project with the expectation that it will, and telling your collaborators that, is just setting all of you up for disappointment if it doesn't pan out.
There are so many absolutely stunning and extremely successful Canvas/Community comics which never become Originals. Marketable ones. It's hard to predict what will be picked up, and you certainly shouldn't be taking it as a given.
Rather, your best bet is to expect that being featured won't happen, and put your effort into successfully monetising the project via Patreon. Then, if it does happen to get featured, it's a pleasant surprise which you and your team can then recalibrate around.
