it's fine. art is kinda cute. nothing really to say in terms of story or characters so far.

It's just fine, so far. It's cute, but so far there isn't anything unexpected that would really hook readers.

I think you can improve on the panels when the characters are interacting with each other. Most of the panels are just back and forth bust shots between characters in their conversation, especially in the second episode. It felt a little dragged out to me. The imagery would be more immersive if you could maybe combine some conversation panels into one with some more dynamic poses. Ex. "Hey you new here?" and "Yea we just moved in" I think could be one panel rather than two

I was also a bit confused at Shannon's introduction. She sort of comes out of nowhere

There's not enough content to give a proper critique on the writing aspect, but it's headed in the right direction I feel. The color scheme works well for it being a memoir type story and the art style is nice

I think it would be a good idea to make the panels and text bubbles have thinner lines. Should not be that much thicker compared to the lineart for the characters. Makes the eye focus on the box instead of the drawings which is not what you want.
