It's entirely possible I don't exactly qualify for this, but Errant falls into some similar categories. It's not exactly a "superhero" story in terms of lycra costumes, capes, codenames or secret identities, and the origin of superpowers is magical rather than scientific, But it is about:
A group of colour-coded characters who have superpowers and use them to fight big monsters in a modern setting. So some people might consider that superhero-ish enough? My favourite superhero comics are things like X-men and Runaways, so expect a lot of emotional drama! 
I'm a lesbian creator, and the main cast includes bisexual, lesbian, pansexual, asexual and non-binary characters.
