My name is Hoshie -I go by they/them, he/him pronouns just in case you need to know :U - and I'm a hobbyist artist who's slowly starting his own webcomic project.
I'm not a native English speaker myself, but I think I know enough English to write the dialogs on my own. However, for one of the characters in my story, I was thinking it would be cool to make him speak as if he was from another era. Like, picture how Dark Souls' characters -that's an example for those who don't now about Dark Souls- speak in the game, that's the kind of dialog I want for him. I tried to do it myself, but I have the feeling that my "old English style" sentences don't make any sense or they would sound rather weird to a native speaker, but not weird in like "oh, this looks like Shakespeare's" but more like "What do you even mean? Are you still learning how to speak English?".
This character doesn't appear as much for the first few chapters but just the Epilogue, where he just talks and talks, so it's kind of important and I need help with that. I was thinking that maybe I could like send you the part of the script I want to "translate" and you help me out so it still makes sense. Unfortunately, I can't pay you anything, since I'm doing this as a hobby and I'm also kinda broke myself. (._.)/ But I'll credit you regardless and I will thank your help with my heart and soul (?). As far as requirements goes, well, I don't have many, if any at all. I just hope if you offer your help is because, first, you want to help, and second, because you kinda know what you're doing.
