If you want to reach out to people that might be able to help you, please consider writing a proper request as well as title.
Like "Looking for help with to make artwork" - Though, you are most likely looking for someone that takes commissions.
In that case, you'd want to write if it's paid/unpaid, how much, exactly what you are looking for, expectations and so on.
It's important both for your own sake, so you get into contact with the right people, but also for the artists, to be able to find you, in case they can 'help'
