I'm am writhing a unique story concept and rough panel sketches, and I'm looking for a manga-style artist who’s interested in collaborating on a passion project. This is an unpaid collaboration for now, but I’m hoping we can build something amazing together that has potential for publishing or posting online with profit-sharing down the line.
Brief Overview:
The story is set in an alternate version of our world’s past, where magic is real—and it’s the explanation for gods, mythical creatures, and legends. It’s a twist on global mythologies, reimagining them through a magical lens.
The main narrative follows two central characters on a quest across this magical world. Along the way, they’ll encounter powerful factions, ancient mysteries, and legendary beings—all shaped by this world’s unique magical logic.
Alongside the main story, there will be spin-off mini-series (1 season each) focusing on standalone characters or myths within this world—like alternate versions of stories such as Moses in Egypt, Little red Riding hood(big bad wolf being Loki's son Fernier), Jesus and Judas, adapted to fit this universe's lore. These will help flesh out world-building and give readers different perspectives on the universe.
I'm also a music student at a conservatoire, and one of my long-term goals is to turn this story into a full animated or digital series, complete with original music that I’ll compose myself. I’m aiming to build a complete world—visually, narratively, and musically—and I’d love to find an artist who’s just as excited to build something from the ground up.
