Looking for My First Pen Display Tablet

(I've read different reviews, watch different tablet review videos on Youtube, and also asked on Reddit about this but I wanted to see what you guys would think.)

I'm currently looking to upgrade my Wacom Intuos Pro tablet to a pen display tablet. But I'm just not exactly sure which one should be my first pen display tablet.

Two of the main factors I'm looking for in a pen display are:
Size - I'm thinking of getting a pen display tablet that has 15.6 in for the drawing screen size.
Price - I don't I need to spend over $300 for a tablet so Wacom Cintiq tablets are out of the questions (I mean a Wacom Cintiq Small size is $650 on Amazon!) And I don't want an iPad with an Apple Pencil since the latest iPad is between $800-$1000

I've been researching online on many different pen displays (from XP-Pen to Huion) and I've found a few:

XP-Pen Artist Pro 15.6 - A really good one though it's $400 but right now there's a sale on the XP-Pen website so it'll be $300 though the sales ends on Dec 1.

Huion Kamvas 16 - I've seen this one and it's a good price and it has 14 shortcut buttons and a touch strip. But it's a 2019 model and Huion just released the 2021 model but it has just 8 shortcut buttons & no touch strip and it's $400 right now. I know there's Kamvas Pro 16 which is the upgraded version but it only has 4 shortcut buttons (2 of them is the power button and the menu button) and a touch strip

Artisul D16 - I've seen mixed reviews on this pen display and it mostly bad than good. But it has a good price and an artist that I follow online actually uses it and gave it a good review on it.

So if there's anyone who uses a pen display tablet, what are your opinions about this? So far, I feel that Huion Kamvas 16 2019 seems to be the one that I want to get but I wanted to know which one do you guys think is good for me to use as my first pen display tablet?

I personally use an XP-Pen tablet and I really like it; I feel like it's a good size and has plenty of buttons (especially because the one I have, the Artist 12, has the ability to program different commands for pressing multiple buttons at the same time) This was my first screen tablet after using an Intuos and it makes digital drawing so much easier. I haven't tried many other tablets though so I don't know about those.

I also have XP pen tablet has really improved my workflow! Works perfectly with photoshop for some photo manipulation and full-on digital art.

I use a Huion screen tablet, although a different one (mine is the Kamvas GT-191). Been using it for about 2 years, and love it! I've admittedly not tried others to compare against (my only prior tablet was a wacom bamboo) but it works well and fell within a more affordable price range that I was looking at too. My only complaints are that this one has no shortcut keys (only the options buttons) and occasionally it does have an issue (driver?) when upon boot up the cursor will display as this weird little dot rather than the usual arrow. When that happens, the actual cursor continues to work fine (including pen pressure) but the short cut buttons on the pen itself don't function when that happens. Fixing it has always been just as easy as unplugging and replugging the USB cable in so I don't mind too much.

I also use a Huion, it is the Kmavas 16 and I love it, I would def recommend.

I use an xppen and I actually just ordered another xppen tablet to replace my old one. I love their stuff and the prices and I think they come with great quality and many goodies usually! My xppen hasn't let me down yet! I am only even upgrading because I was using the 22 inch and I wanted something a bit smaller. They are great tho and I think the company is great too!
