Looking for Somebody to Illustrate

Hey there!
I'm an aspiring writer, and I have a ton of story ideas circling in my head. There are adventure stories, time travels, and more than enough plain, everyday people living their lives. Most including romance.
I'm looking for an artist to help me out, as I feel my stories would be better expressed through visual representation. I'm happy to work with most art styles, although there might be one or two I dislike.
I would feel more comfortable if you are fifteen or younger.
Anyways, if you be willing to collaborate with me, please let me know!
As I'm still only a kid, I won't be able to pay you, but I could offer something else (following you on another account, for example) in return.

I get why you would want a "kid" to work with you but kids needs to be paid too. I don't know why society is normalizing (free) child labor while also against it.

And by the way, if you're really a kid you should reevaluate your skill set and practice drawing. Success don't come if you don't work for it.

Also, if I sound rude I probably am. Especially as a former kid myself who aspired to be an artist and a writer, this is disrespectful.

Hello, I don't mean I won't pay people because they are a kid, I won't pay them because I am a kid and don't have the money to pay them. And I am offering another form of payment. I just don't have the money to be handing it out to any random person who comes my way.
And child labor is forced. If somebody freely consents and has the choice to bow out whenever they went it's a friendly partnership. This isn't chimney sweeping.
Also, I hate drawing and I have a problem with my arm where it's always shaking, so drawing isn't easy or enjoyable for me.
Please try and avoid jumping to conclusions. I think you could probably have found a nicer way to phrase everything you said.
Please remember that some people aren't in a good mental state to have some stranger on the internet reprimand them.

Then you should just stick to writing novels, artists aren't for freeloaders regardless of age or finances is all I'm trying to say. I wasn't assuming anything, I just worded my response based on what you've said. You never mentioned your inability to learn how to draw, how would anyone know?

It isn't but it does still take a lot of time and effort to make an illustration. You're basically comparing a firefighter with an office worker and say office workers shouldn't get paid because they don't help innocent lives. Still pretty disrespectful as I have worded before.

Actually, I'm referencing how years ago, around the same time as the great fire of london, chimney sweepers hired young children to crawl around chimneys and clean them to prevent chimney fires. Child labour. It was outlawed, as many young children where dying due to the cruel practice. Now, in order to be apprenticed by a chimney sweep you need to be of a certain age and provide proof of parental consent.

And also, this isn't a world of money. I'm a kid who likes to write trying to find a kid I can work with who likes art, and we can have some fun writing a story together and doing something we love.

If I may, their target partner is a teen because they are a teen (to have same mind sets and things to relate)
Having people of same age in a collab helps in a good and easy conversation, and conversations are part of a good collab. I won't say that everything is free, but as they stated they can't pay but are willing to do something in exchange.
Words can be confusing and confusion is a weapon of disputes and sometimes fights.
Please remember that making scene out of a tomato cuz its green won't make it red. Becuse once eaten/cut it can't grow more.

My initial argument was that kids shouldn't be exploited for the pleasure of publishing a story, especially a comic. I don't know why this is creating a scene when we should prevent child groomers from accessing such resources. Too many people looking for kids to work with is all I'm saying.

Yes, I can't deny or overlook the fact that Internet is full of those people now, it's a sad side if society. However, writers or artists still work for free to gain more knowledge or experience, I mean I have done that many times as a writer. The issue still remains and its a fact tbh. However, I don't think that author of this post had any intentions of doing so, though it would be better if they could do split shares of 70% going to artist and learn few art skills to help in process for example coloring, knowing the media, how to work few softwares or how to use 3d models and save time while drawing etc
This way they can be more part of the work load

I'm sorry about that too. I was not in the right space of mind to be talking like that to you. I hope I don't make the same mistake again in the future and better understand this community more. After all I am still fairly new to forums.
