Looking for webnovel cover artist [Paid]

Hi there, my name's Rae, I'm really new to Tapas and I have written a novel that I plan on serializing on here from Feb through to September next year. It's a cozy dual POV romance with a fantasy twist. (Rough blurb below.)

I am looking for a webtoon artist to create the cover for me, the cover would need to feature the romantic leads and potentially a skyline, but I'm open to ideas and the artist's advice. My budget isn't huge but I was thinking about $75 dollars for the cover and it could be used in portfolio examples.

I would aim for the cover to complete by the third week of January.
